Chief Medical Officer - P.D. Allmendinger, MD, F.A.C.S.

Dr. Philip Allmendinger graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1964. His specialized training in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery was completed at the Texas Heart Institute in 1973. He is board certified in General Surgery, Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, and Vascular Surgery. He served his country in the US Air Force from 1965 to 1967.

Dr. Allmendinger has produced many papers and presentations on clinical research in the area of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery. At present, he is directing two research protocols regarding thoracic stent graft repair of thoracic aneurysms.


Chief Executive Officer - Craig D. Allmendinger

In 1995, Mr. Allmendinger was awarded a B.S. in Natural Resources Management from Colorado State University. He received executive training and cut his professional teeth at companies such as Atlantic Bell and GE Capital. He has successfully lead several companies from conception to sustained profitability. Prior to establishing NES, for example, Mr. Allmendinger was the President and Co-Founder of Telefunken North America, a specialized manufacturer of high-end consumer electronics. He was responsible for all research & development, sales, and administration for the start-up phase of that award-winning company.


President, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs - Carl M. Rodia

Mr. Rodia has been a successful consultant for more than twenty years, specializing in hospital engineering and design, healthcare facility operations management, and high-tech manufacturing. He has provided project management and leadership to more than 150 technology-based firms and 60 healthcare facilities worldwide. Mr. Rodia has coordinated the establishment and successful startup of healthcare and high-tech manufacturing facilities on four continents.
