NEScientific, Inc.'s facility was designed and built to reprocess single-use devices.

Key Elements

  • a. We employ a high capacity RO/DI water system for cleaning and use only environmentally safe detergents.
  • b. We utilize a top of the line vacuum drying system that ensures dry product with no residues.
  • c. We use only heat seal tyvek/poly pouches to guarantee packaging integrity.
  • d. We sterilize in-house with 3M 100% ETO systems that limit waste and ensure sterility: SAL of 10 -6.
  • e. We use only heat seal packaging and functional testing is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean room.
